The annual U.C.C. for Christ crusade organized by the PPCC this year featured the Healing Jesus Crusade team led by Evangelist Bishop Dag Heward–Mills.
The trained medical doctor who was called into ministry some decades ago is the founder and Bishop of the Light House Chapel International. His church and ministry is noted over the years for the massive crusades in and outside Ghana.
Students and residents in and around the University of Cape Coast had their moment with the man of God within the three day period on the Casford field as hundreds of them trooped to the event grounds to seek the face of God and fellowship as Christians.
It was a golden opportunity for many who had seen the man on TV or heard him on radio to have a personal encounter with him. The Evangelist blessed the congregation with eye opening sermons each of the three nights at the well attended event.
The non denominational event which started on Thursday, the 21st of February ended on Sunday, the 24th of February.
