It was a showcase of great evening of music and entertainment at the maiden edition of the Marine City Entertainment (MCE) Awards at the Multi-Purpose Quadrangle of the Atlantic Hall on Friday, May, 1, 2015.
Although the program took longer than expected, it was worth the wait as deserving Mariners were honoured in their respective fields and categories.
Receiving two awards each were Prince Aboagye Dacosta (STRYKA) and Pedro Joshua (CODED KELEWELE).
Best Hall Week Celebrant went to Prince Aboagye Dacosta for his immense contribution during the planning, organization and also celebration of the 52nd Atlantic Hall Week. He also won the award for the KREATIONIST of the year with Mensah Samuel Adjei (a.k.a TATOONIST).
Pedro Joshua also took home Most Popular Mariner of the Year Award, as well as Most Active Diasporan.
The show featured exciting performances from Lyrix, Nelson, Verses, Sacred Choir among others.
