The University of Cape Coast Authorities have rehabilitated a borehole at Oguaa Hall to supply water to the students of the hall.

The rehabilitation of the borehole was to mitigate the difficult situation of the students as a result of the acute water shortage in Cape Coast and its environs

According to the Hall Master of Oguaa, Rev. Canon Robert Dawson Ahmoah, two other unserviceable boreholes at Valco Hall and the University Research Farm would also be rehabilitated.

The Hall Master allayed the fears of the students when he described the quality of the water as high and also assured them of an uninterrupted supply.

Many students interviewed about the rehabilitation project expressed gratitude to the University Authorities for a job well done.
