The protracted SRC/Local NUGS election 2014/105 which was rocked with controversies and court suit will finally come off September, 23, 2014.
A statement signed by the Dean of Students, Dr. Koawo Edjah, copied to the office of the Vice Chancellor, the Pro-Vice Chancellor and the Registrar read;
“We wish to inform all SRC/Local NUGS aspirants and the general student population that the 2014/2015 SRC/Local NUGS election will be organized as follow:
- September 21st, 2014……………Presentation of Manifesto on air.
- September 22nd, 2014…………..Face-face.
- September 23rd, 2014……………Elections (Voting).
This information comes as a relief to aspirants and also opens the floodgate for aspirants to stage their final campaign ahead of the scheduled date.
