Campus Volunteer Foundation- UCC joins CAPE 360 to paint school

Members of Campus Volunteer Foundation- UCC joined Cape 360, an event organizing group to embark on a voluntary work over the weekened by painting the Primary School block of the Mpeseduadzi primary school in the Central region. The primary school which was in a deplorable state looked all new after the painting.

Citing the project as laudable, the president of the foundation, Hafiz Laryea stated that, it was a priviledge to have members participate in such an honorable initiative. 

 He however stressed that, “it is the responsibility of everyone to make the lives of those around them better, however small and for us at Campus Volunteer Foundation, creating a condusive atmosphere that would enhance the learning process of these students was a joy and we are glad to help”. 

Pupils and town folks who had returned from their farms were amazed at finding the old primary block looking all new. The headteacher expressed gratitude to the organizers Cape360 and volunteers from Campus Volunteer Foundation for having the love of their wards at heart and embarking on such a great initiative.

The team leader of Cape360 expressed the profound joy his team had in putting smiles on the faces of these pupils and called on all and sundry to join hands in building a better world.
