A former University of Cape Coast (UCC) Students Representative Council (SRC) President,Mr.David Boakye,Known in Students’ front as “THE VOICE” is expected to tie the knot with his longtime sweetheart, Diana Owusu on April 17,2015.
The Traditional marriage ceremony is expected to be graced by Dr. Kwabena Duffour II,Chief Operating Officer of unibank Ghana Limited,members of the clergy,as well as high ranking UCC Senior Members.
Diana is a University graduate. David works with Unibank Ghana Limited.
A colourful wedding reception will be held on Saturday,April 18 at Church of Pentecost Dwomor Central,Techiman.
High-powered UCC student government officials expected to graced the occassion include: messrs Kingsley Akowuah,Valco hall president; Francis Arthur,Casford hall president;Eric Yeboah,GRASSAG president;past UCC student council executives,as well as politicians from other parties.
For his part,Mr.Robbert Ubindam, a Former SRC PRO, thanked God for how far He had brought his former boss and called on students to pray fervently for the success of the ceremony.
