UCC Wins Tertiary Business Sense Challenge

The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has won the maiden edition of the Tertiary Business Sense Challenge (TBSC) after beating Wisconsin International University in the finals.

At the end of the final competition, Wisconsin obtained 24 points against UCC’s 50 points.

Unlike Wisconsin who lost their first contest to University of Education, Winneba (UEW) before upsetting University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) to earn themselves a spot in the final, UCC trampled over all the schools they met, beating three to make it to the finals.

The UCC team was represented by Mr Gillian Asiedu-Danso, Mr Shadrack Duodu Tawiah and Ms Judith Hooper, while the Wisconsin team was represented by Ms Lareba Habiba Zakari, Mr Nana Akwasi Sarpong and Mr Evans Agyemang.

In the third place contest, University for Development Studies (UDS) also garnered 41 points to beat University of Ghana (UG), who obtained 39 points
