The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has suspended lectures and quizzes scheduled for Thursday and Friday, October 29 and 30 respectively.
A statement signed by Mr.Jeff Teye Onyame, Deputy Registrar responsible for Academics and sighted by Choicism.com said:” Members of the University Community,especially staff and students,are hereby informed that the 47th Inter-Hall Athletics Competition will be held on Thursday, 29th and Friday 30th October,2015 at 12 noon on each day”.
The statement concluded by urging members of the University Community to participate fully,adding that “Lectures and Quizzes are therefore to be suspended from 12 noon on Thursday 29th and Friday October 2015″.
The competition will take place at the University Sports Complex,Old Site.
The competition is part of plans to hunt for quality talents to represent the university in the Ghana University Sports Association (GUSA) games which will take place on Saturday,November 7,2015 at the University of Education,Winneba.
