Benedict Yeboah-Korankye popularly known by the teaser emancipator took to the social media website facebook to make public his intention of contesting the SRC Presidency for the 2013/14 academic year.
This will be his second attempt at becoming the number one student in UCC.
In a post on his facebook wall, Emancipator announced his intention and called for support from his friends.

Dear Friend.
I BENEDICT YEBOAH-KORANKYE, a Level 300 student of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana by this medium wish to announce my intention to run for the position of president of the University of Cape Coast Students’ Representative Council (SRC ) next semester.
I believe it is time for us to turn the pages and make our SRC a more proactive and vibrant organization that can reliably represent our collective interest. We must sacrifice a lot more for our shared gains and the work ahead starts from now.
I humbly call on you to be a part of the Vision In Motion (VIM) to make the SRC what you desire it to be. I am counting on your vital support.
