Lauren Baaba Annan Organizes Smart Start Tutorials for Hundreds of  Students

The University of Cape Coast witnessed an impressive turnout as hundreds of students participated in the Smart Start Tutorials, a special academic support initiative spearheaded by Lauren Baaba Annan, affectionately known as The LAW.

The tutorials, which covered key subjects such as Communication Skills, Economics, and Chemistry, were designed to equip students with a solid academic foundation for the semester. The sessions were held at CALC 8 and LT 21, attracting students eager to enhance their understanding and performance in these courses.

Lauren Baaba Annan, a Level 300 Doctor of Pharmacy student and an aspiring UCC SRC President, has continuously demonstrated her commitment to student development. She strongly believes that after 62 years, it is time for a woman to lead and serve the SRC, bringing inclusivity and transformational leadership to student governance.

As a beacon of Leadership, Advocacy, and Welfare, she has once again reaffirmed her dedication to academic excellence, ensuring that students have access to quality learning opportunities.

The overwhelming attendance and positive feedback from participants reflect the significant impact of the initiative, as students expressed their appreciation for the insightful and interactive sessions.

As the semester progresses, The LAW remains resolute in her mission to support students through innovative and impactful initiatives that foster both academic and personal growth.
