Lauren Baaba Annan Spreads Love on Valentine’s Day with Chocolate

In a heartwarming display of love and generosity, Lauren Baaba Annan, popularly known as The LAW, extended kindness to students and vendors at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) on Valentine’s Day by distributing chocolate gifts. The initiative, aimed at spreading joy and fostering a sense of community, saw hundreds of students on campus benefiting from her thoughtful gesture.

Speaking about the initiative, Lauren Baaba Annan, a Level 300 Doctor of Pharmacy student and aspiring UCC SRC President, emphasized the importance of appreciation and inclusivity. “Valentine’s Day is not just about romantic love; it’s about showing appreciation and care to the people who make our daily lives better. Today, I just wanted to put smiles on the faces of my fellow students and the vendors who serve us tirelessly,” she said.

Students who received the gifts expressed their excitement and gratitude. “It’s not every day that someone goes out of their way to make students feel special. Lauren’s gesture reminds us that leadership is about service and compassion. She truly cares for us,” one student shared.

Vendors at the Science Market also appreciated the thoughtfulness behind the initiative. “We wake up early every day to serve the students, and for someone to recognize and appreciate us like this means a lot. Lauren is a leader who sees everyone, and we are grateful,” one vendor remarked.

Her Valentine’s Day outreach did not only spread love but also reinforced her commitment to the well-being of the UCC community.

With her dedication and student-centered approach, The LAW is proving that leadership is not just about policies but also about people, kindness, and impact.
