Parliament welcomes UCC Fresh Students

The leadership of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) House of Parliament(HP) on Friday welcomed fresh men and women into the University.

A statement signed by Rt Hon. Emmanuel Acheampong,House Speaker; Mr.Victor Asare, House Clerk;Hon.Paul Addah,Majority leader,and Hon.Enoch Tawiah,Minority leader, said:”We will like to Congratulate you for your boldness and confidence in opting for the University of Choice in your respective selection processes and we are very optimistic that God/Allah will see you through as you begin your academic journey with us.”

The statement concluded by calling on interested students to join the House,especially females, in its students struggle and advocacy.

UCC HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT WELCOMES ALL FRESHERS.

The leadership of the UCCHP and the entire membership welcome all fresh men and women into our noble institution of choice. First of all, we will like to congratulate you for your boldness and confidence in opting for the University of choice in your respective selection processes and we are very optimistic that God/Allah the Almighty will see you through as you begin your academic journey with us. That not withstanding, the house of parliament will also add its voice to the numerous advice you have been given in taking your studies seriously but one needs to build capacity by engaging in extra curricula activities. The house of parliament is impetus towards building capacity and our modus operandi on which we operate as a wing of the src is premise on “unearthing potential leaders for future leadership” and we are guided by principles and what we call “standing orders” in achieving that. We welcome all students interested in students struggle and advocacy especially females to join this worthy course and we believe that together we will build. Once again receive our warm welcome and have a blissful stay in UCC
