The University of Cape Coast has admonished 2023/2024 applicants that no hard copy should be sent by post or delivered by hand to the University.
It directs that applicants should keep printed copies of their application for their own record and reference after submitting the completed online application form.
This follows after the university released admissions for 2023/2024 academic year for undergraduates.
For this reason, all interested and eligible candidates are expected to purchase the voucher which costs two hundred and twenty cedis.
Applicants can purchase at the following places; UCC cash office, Prudential bank, ABSA, ADB, Zenith Bank, Republic Bank, ARB Apex Bank. Applicants should take now that deadline for the sale of Application E-Vouchers and submission of completed online application forms are Friday, 11th August,2023and Friday, 18th August, 2023respectively. Meanwhile, persons who will be writing WASSCE can also apply using the awaiting process.

Kindly be minded to follow these procedures to enable you fill the forms successfully:
a)Purchase an e-voucher from any of the vendors listed here . State emphatically whether you wish to apply for undergraduate or postgraduate.
b)Login with the form on the right hand side, using the voucher SERIAL and PIN that was provided to you.
c)Select your mode of entry and indicate your entry type (i.e Post WASSCE/SSCE, Post Diploma, Matured … etc). Click submit to start applying.
d)Fill application form and attach your passport picture. The applicant’s passport picture should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .gif format and must not exceed 100KB in size. Make sure you upload a picture showing your face clearly.
e)Clicking the SAVE AND CONTINUE LATER button will save your application for editing later.
f)Clicking the SUBMIT AND PRINT button will submit the form and generate a reference number which will be sent to the phone number you specified. Make sure you provide correct information before submitting the form. Changes after form submission is not allowed.
g)Click logout to leave the page. On subsequent logins you will be sent to a tracking page where you can track and print the application form you filled
