It is hereby announced for the information of graduands of the 2013/2014 academic year of the College of Distance Education (CoDE) and Institute of Education of the University of Cape Coast and the general public that, the 47th Congregation (Sixth Session) of the University for the award of degrees, diplomas and certificates will be held at the New Examination Centre (NEC) from Thursday, May 28, 2015 to Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 8:00a.m. and 1.00p.m. prompt respectively, as follows:

Graduands wishing to be presented are to register personally with their Regional Resident Tutor or Acting Center Coordinator by 24th May, 2015, giving their Full Names and Programme of Study.
A non-refundable fee of GH₵250.00 should be paid by all graduands at any networked branch of Ghana Commercial Bank, A/C Number: 3021130002394, University of Cape Coast, Branch: Cape Coast.
Graduands may pick their gowns and souvenirs at the College of Distance Education (CoDE) and Institute of Education after presenting their pay-in slips as proof of payment of the Congregation fee. Graduands will be required to attend rehearsals at the New Examination Centre (NEC) from Wednesday, 27th May, 2015 at 3:00 pm each day in preparation for the following day ceremony. Only registered graduands who attend the rehearsal will be presented.
Accommodation will be available in all the Halls of Residence and private hostels on campus. Graduands are expected to contact any hall for their individual booking and payment arrangement.
Dress code for the Congregation is Formal.
