News reaching choicism.com indicates that a final year Law student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) by name, Ms Abena Agyapomaa Agyapong has passed on just days after registering for the new semester.
Affectionately called Achaa,Ms Abena Agyapomaa Agyapong was affiliated to Queen Hall when she was admitted into the institution but moved to reside in Hall 7 for most of her stay in the school.
Most of her colleagues were thrown into a state of shock when the news of her demise was reported to them in the early hours of Tuesday, September 5.
According to her colleagues she was very bubbly and it made her well known by many students on the campus.
Some of her colleagues also described her as lively and energetic.
News coming in after her death indicated that the young lady reported to campus on the day of reopening to begin her registration process for the new semester.
It is reported that she complained of discomfort and alluded it to malaria. She left the school for home in order to be treated only to meet her untimely death.
