The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has been declared overall winners of the 26th edition of the Ghana Universities Sports Association (GUSA) games held at the University of Ghana, Legon.
At the end of the sporting festival on Saturday January 18, UCC had won twenty-eight (28) gold, twenty-three (23) silver and thirteen (13) bronze medals.
Followed closely was the University of Education, Winneba with fifteen (15) gold in second position and University for Development Studies in third with thirteen (13) gold medals.
Host University of Ghana bagged twelve (12) gold medals.
