The University of Cape Coast, UCC has qualified for the finals of the Knowing Africa inter-tertiary quiz competition organized by TV Africa. UCC will now face the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ho for the ultimate winning spot.
The competition which started from September last year saw the UCC team made up of Oliver Tasim and John Champerer beat other universities from the group stages through to the finals.
The finals will be held on the 18th of January at the premises of TV Africa. The ultimate winner is set to carry home a prize of GHC 10,000.
UCC has in the past won this competition and is calling on all students for their support and prayers to help win again.
