Just on the eve to the handing over ceremony of the Student Representative Council (UCC) of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), the SRC President elect, Francis Kwabena Arthur has issued a statement expressing his profound gratitude to all students of the University of Cape Coast.

WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL, TEAM PRESIDER SHOWS GRATITUDE!!!
We strongly believe as a team that there was no victor nor looser in the just ended SRC elections.
Our team believes and accepts that it is neither PRESIDER nor STEWARD, but it is UCC, we won, students’ won, UCC won.
On that note, we are most grateful to all students and all stakeholders who under their watch, saw to the realization of this peaceful elections, well-organized and free and fair.
At the appropriate time, the team will issue a detailed press statement to show the best of gratitude to inviduals, groups and all and sundry who made yesterday’s elections a success.
