On Tuesday, 19th August, 2025, the Executive Officers of the 62nd Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of the University of Cape Coast, led by the President, His Excellency Abraham Norman Nortey, paid a courtesy call on senior members of the University to express their sincere appreciation for the invaluable support offered during their tenure of office.
As part of the visit, the SRC presented citations of honor and words of gratitude to several key offices and personalities whose guidance, collaboration, and assistance played a pivotal role in advancing the Council’s mandate.
In a spirit of gratitude, the team presented words of appreciation and citations of honor to key offices including the Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Director of Academic Affairs, Audit Section, Procurement Office, Directorate of Public Affairs, Dean of Students Office, Stores and Transport Sections, Directorate of Physical Development and Estate Management, Directorate of University Health Services, University Librarian, and many others.
The SRC emphasized that the successes chalked during their tenure would not have been possible without the collaboration and goodwill of these offices. The visit reaffirmed the bond between students and the University’s leadership, highlighting the shared commitment to student welfare and institutional progress.
