He said this during the Matriculation ceremony of Sandwich Students at the University of Cape Coast for the 2013/2014 academic year.
He noted that the University holds with great concern the needs and challenges of its students adding the Sandwich programme was instituted to offer opportunity to a large number of workers, whose schedules does not permit them to do regular studies to update their knowledge and upgrade themselves, not only for promotions, but also to serve their organizations and the country better.
